I write for the blind

I write for the rich
I write for the poor
I write for the ones who settle the score

I write for the angels
I write for the sinners
I write for the people who will never be winners

I write from the heart
I write from the soul
I write from the body that makes me whole

I write to the sea
I write to the sky
I write to the people who say goodbye

I write when I'm happy
I write when I'm sad
I write when my worries are driving me mad

I write in a notebook
I write in a journal
I write where I know it's forever eternal

I write for myself
I write for you
I write for whoever reads this through
